Taylor Swift left the crowd in Milan, Italy thinking they were "the 1" after her acoustic set.

In a sleek sunrise orange dress, Swift grabbed her guitar and stepped up to the microphone.

"I try to challenge myself to do things I've never done before or songs I haven't played for a long time," she said to the sold-out San Siro Stadium in Italy's fashion capital.

"I've never done this one in the acoustic section before so ..." Swift said strumming "The 1." The track was a part of year one of the Eras Tour and served as the opening number to the "Folklore" era. When Swift scrambled her show in Paris and combined "Folklore" and "Evermore" into one set, "Cardigan" became the opener.

The singer mashed in "Wonderland" from "1989 (Taylor's Version)."

Italian audience to Taylor: 'You're very beautiful.'

Before she could begin her piano selection, the Italian audience chanted, "Sei bellisima," which translates to "you're very beautiful."

Speechless, Swift cupped her mouth and said: "Wow, no one has ever been this nice to me in my entire life."

"I bet this time of night you're still up," she sang from her flower-painted piano. The opening line of "I Almost Do" from "Red (Taylor's Version)" excited the crowd. The wristbands lit up in bright blue and the moment was beautiful until an insect flew into Swift's mouth, causing her to pause and cough.

"There's so many bugs here tonight," she said.

For the third time on the Eras Tour, a bug has interrupted the Eras Tour. On night three in Wembley Stadium, she asked the London crowd to keep singing "All Too Well" after an insect flew into her mouth. On night three in Chicago, a similar instance happened at Soldier Field.

Swift finished the chorus of "I Almost Do" in Milan before mashing in her tragic heartbreak song, "The Moment I Knew." She has one more performance in Milan.
